Description
The CAEL KB 3 is a professional gas vertical broiler for commercial kitchens, designed for authentic vertical roasting of juicy, evenly cooked meat. It runs on natural gas or LPG, with 28,500 BTU (natural gas) or 24,000 BTU (LPG) of heat output.
Key Features
- Three infrared burners for uniform heat across the meat surface
- Continuous pilot ignition system for instant burner activation
- 21 in (533 mm) spit height, up to 65 lb (29.5 kg) of meat
- Adjustable distance between spit and burners to maintain heat as meat volume reduces

Delivery & setup
Machines are delivered by freight carrier by appointment: 9 business days for France and the EU, 14 business days for the United States. Orders under €10,000: €10 (EU) or €14 (United States); from €10,000: €500 (EU) or €1,000 (United States). Inspect the machine in the driver's presence and note any reservations on the delivery slip.
