Return & Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a private customer, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason. To do so, email us at shoptracteur@gmail.com stating your order number and the product concerned (you may use the withdrawal form included in our Terms of Sale).

Return conditions

• The product must be returned within 14 days of your request, complete, in its original condition and, if possible, in its packaging.
• Return address: SCI LES TRACTEURS – Shoptracteur, 2 Quai Sud, 50400 Granville, France.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility. For bulky equipment (tractors, large implements), contact us before sending anything: we will give you an estimate of the transport cost or arrange a collection.
• A product that is damaged or used beyond what is necessary to check that it works may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

Refunds

We refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving your request, using the same payment method as for the original order. The refund may be withheld until we have received the product or proof that it has been shipped.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming products

Check your parcel or equipment on delivery and write down any specific reservations on the carrier's delivery note. Report any problem to shoptracteur@gmail.com with photos: we will arrange repair, replacement or refund under the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects. In this case, return costs are paid by us.

Business customers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes. Returns are then accepted only in the event of non-conformity or a defect, with our prior agreement.
