Description

The CAEL BJ20 is a J-series planetary food mixer and food grinder with a strong gear construction, certified ETL. The J-series covers 10 L, 20 L and 30 L sizes, with an optional meat mincer attachment in 304 stainless steel with food hygiene approval.

It comes complete with a strong aluminum hook and beater and a 304 stainless steel whisk, with three speed levels for better bakery results. A safety protection system and easy operation complete the package.

Machines are delivered by freight carrier by appointment: 9 business days for France and the EU, 14 business days for the United States. Orders under €10,000: €10 (EU) or €14 (United States); from €10,000: €500 (EU) or €1,000 (United States). Inspect the machine in the driver's presence and note any reservations on the delivery slip.
