Description
The CAEL GBM 3 is a natural gas hot food steam table with three wells, built for reliable, consistent food holding in high-demand commercial kitchens. It keeps prepared food at serving temperature during peak service.

- Fully stainless steel body with stainless steel legs and reinforced undershelf
- Three high-efficiency jet burners, 31,000 BTU/hr each (93,000 BTU/hr total)
- Independent hi–medium–low control valve for each well
- Standby stainless steel pilot system for quick ignition
- 3 food wells for holding (not reheating) cooked food
- Full-length 7" (178 mm) polyethylene cutting board
- Externally insulated for heat retention and safe surface temperatures

Machines are delivered by freight carrier by appointment: 9 business days for France and the EU, 14 business days for the United States. Orders under €10,000: €10 (EU) or €14 (United States); from €10,000: €500 (EU) or €1,000 (United States). Inspect the machine in the driver's presence and note any reservations on the delivery slip.
