The CAEL GBM 2 Hot Food Steam Table keeps cooked food warm and ready for service in busy commercial kitchens, with independent heat control for each of its two wells.

Body, top, legs and undershelf are made of heavy-duty stainless steel for durability, hygiene and easy cleaning. The unit is designed for holding cooked food only, not for reheating.
