Our delivery terms

  • Orders under €10,000: €10 (France & EU) or €14 (international) – delivered within 9 business days (France & EU) or 14 business days (international).
  • Orders of €10,000 or more: freight delivery by appointment – €500 (France & EU) or €1,000 (international), same lead times.
  • On arrival, check the goods, note any damage on the delivery note and send us photos within 3 days.

Delivery & setup

Machines are delivered by freight carrier by appointment: 9 business days for France and the EU, 14 business days for the United States. Orders under €10,000: €10 (EU) or €14 (United States); from €10,000: €500 (EU) or €1,000 (United States). Inspect the machine in the driver's presence and note any reservations on the delivery slip.

Payment

Warranty & returns

2-year statutory warranty of conformity and a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers. 5-year manufacturer warranty. To return a bulky machine, please contact us first: we'll tell you the cost and arrange the pickup.
