Description

The CAEL KB 2 is a commercial-grade gas vertical broiler for efficient, consistent roasting of shawarma, gyro and kebab. It is built entirely of stainless steel and has two independently controlled infrared burners.

  • Continuous pilot ignition system

  • Adjustable distance between spit and burners
