Description

The CAEL RGR60-G24 is a commercial gas range combining six open burners, a 24" griddle and an oven in one unit, built for restaurants, hotels and commercial kitchens.

Open Top Burners

Six open burners, 30,000 BTU/hr each
Heavy-duty cast iron grates, 12" × 12" (305 × 305 mm), removable for easy cleaning
Coved pilot burner covers that prevent clogging from spills
Stainless steel pilot burners

Griddle Section

24" (610 mm) wide griddle plate, 3/4" (19 mm) thick for heat retention and even cooking
Two griddle burners, 20,000 BTU/hr each

Oven

U-shaped oven burner: 31,000 BTU/hr
Adjustable thermostat: 250°F – 550°F (121°C – 288°C)
Fits full-size sheet pans side-to-side and front-to-back
Two oven racks with four adjustable positions

Delivery & setup

Machines are delivered by freight carrier by appointment: 9 business days for France and the EU, 14 business days for the United States. Orders under €10,000: €10 (EU) or €14 (United States); from €10,000: €500 (EU) or €1,000 (United States). Inspect the machine in the driver's presence and note any reservations on the delivery slip.
