Description
The CAEL 36-inch freestanding electric range combines a total convection oven with five radiant cooktop elements. Its convection system supports cooking modes including Broil, Bake, Air Fry, Pizza, Proof, Dehydrate, Keep Warm and Rotisserie, with a built-in air fry function that needs no preheating.
Key Features
- All-in-one oven – works as a broiler, convection oven, pizza oven, air fryer, roaster and more
- High-performance elements – from a minimum of 100 W for gentle warming to a maximum of 3,600 W for high-intensity cooking
- True convection oven – 1,300 W true convection and 7,500 W total broil and bake output
- Dual-zone element – adjusts to different pot and pan sizes for rapid heat
- Air fry function – air fry basket included, combining air frying and oven in one appliance
- Rotisserie function – roast a large turkey, meat or poultry with the included rotisserie
- Meat probe – monitors the doneness of roasts
- Pizza mode – suited to fresh or frozen pizzas at the touch of a button
- Oven keep warm setting – gentle low heat for up to 8 hours
- Cooktop warming center – a dedicated zone to keep finished food warm
- Radiant cooktop – heats the cookware directly, so the area around the pan stays cooler and spills are easier to clean
- Residual heat indicator – shows the residual heat of the cooktop elements
- See-through oven window – monitor your dishes without opening the door
- Touch controls and metal knobs – smooth touch controls plus die-cast metal knobs with a childproof push-to-turn mechanism
- Oven control lock – locks the touch control panel against accidental use
- Hidden bake element – positioned below the oven floor for a smooth, easy-to-clean oven surface
- Steam clean cycle – 30-minute cleaning cycle
- Stainless steel finish – wraps around the cooktop sides and up through the control panel and door, with industrial-style handle and knobs
- Extra-large oven – accommodates large dishes and roasting pans

Machines are delivered by freight carrier by appointment: 9 business days for France and the EU, 14 business days for the United States. Orders under €10,000: €10 (EU) or €14 (United States); from €10,000: €500 (EU) or €1,000 (United States). Inspect the machine in the driver's presence and note any reservations on the delivery slip.
